Our Practice
A Nationwide Practice Dedicated to Pursuing Justice for Victims of Vehicle Defects
The focus of the Rudnitsky Law Firm is driver and passenger injuries suffered from defective products. Our purpose in automotive crashworthiness litigation is to secure compensation for injuries suffered from vehicle defects, while motivating the automotive industry to design and manufacture safer vehicles.
Before my wife, Tina, and I opened our practice to represent consumers seeking justice for injuries caused by defective products, I served as an automotive safety engineer at General Motors. In that capacity, I was responsible for designing, developing and/or testing air bags, seat belts, occupant protection systems, interior components, seats, steering wheels, steering columns, steering systems, padding, instrument panels, dash panels, vehicle structure and numerous other components.
In pursuing justice for consumers, I draw upon my experience in personally investigating the restraint systems (air bags and seat belts) and occupant crash protection in numerous vehicle models, including those sold by Acura, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, General Motors (GM), GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mercury, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Plymouth, Pontiac, Porsche, Saturn, Toyota, and Volkswagen (VW).

I have represented clients who have suffered
-

- Facial injuries
- Blindness
- Chest injuries
- Heart injuries

I have also represented clients who have died as a result of defective vehicle products.
While no one expects to be in a car accident, recent statistics show there were more 6,316,000 collisions on our nation’s roads just last year. Those collisions resulted in 42,815 deaths and nearly 3 million injuries. Unfortunately, safety devices in some vehicles fail to adequately protect drivers or passengers.
If you believe you or a loved one was injured by a defective air bag, seat belt, tire, car seat, doors and latches, gas tank, fuel system, or other parts of your vehicle and would like to discuss your potential case, please contact us today at (407) 804-1300 or (888) 834-5297.
